Christchurch Park Mansions is a grade 1 listed building that required some repairs and window redecoration.

Being Grade 1 listed no positive ties were allowed to the building so a bespake design was required to provide the correct solution, the scaffold was a designed buttress scaffold giving the stability required whilst not obscuring the areas the works were needed.

The works have been phased over a period of years to suit the available budgets.
