Apex Scaffolding Anglia Ltd were contracted to supply men only to design, erect & dismantle access provision to construct the Thornton Transformer Jacket at Sembmarine SLP.

The multi million pound project was to be completed in a short duration and Apex personel were required to work in partneship wit SLP direct employees from all trades involved in the project.

This was the 1st time that a jacket of this nature had been constructed in a 180º rotation from previous jackets, this resulted in a higher number of high level Birdcage Scaffolds.

Apex were able to provide the necessary operatives to maximize efficiency and minimize lost time to enable completion of the jacket in the time required.

The project was delivered with 0 lost days through accidents.
